2020 SCHCHA Annual Conference: Virtually Unstoppable

Home Care, Home Health, and Hospice Professionals: The 2020 SCHCHA Annual Conference is going virtual! Join us this December for 2 days filled with riveting general sessions, Nurse Contact Hours, timely breakout sessions, networking opportunities with peers, speakers, and sponsors, and fun! Yes, FUN! We are planning to host a happy hour the Tuesday evening before the conference to introduce our platform and show you around. There will be an Event Game you can play throughout the conference to earn points! Join us for SCHCHA Virtual Trivia Wednesday evening! On Thursday, we’ll announce door prizes which will be awarded based on the number of points you’ve earned throughout the event!  While we wish we could all be together, we believe this is the next best thing and we look forward to connecting with each and every one of you. *Agency Rate Registrations - Please register online or fill out the registration form, then mail (see registration instructions below) or email it to [email protected] along with the names of the 10 attendees from your agency.

By Fax: Fax a copy of the registration form with the appropriate credit card information and signature to (919) 848-2355.  Faxed registrations will not be processed without credit card information.  By Mail: Mail registration form with payment to: SCHCHA, 3101 Industrial Drive, Suite 204, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27609. Registration forms will not be processed without payment. (Be sure and include the suite number!)  
Online: Sign in or create an account at www.schcha.org. Visit www.schcha.org/SCHCHAVC2020 to register for this event and pay via credit card or select "pay later" to be invoiced.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that fees will be refunded, or invoices will be adjusted, only if written notice of cancellation is received by November 9, 2020. In the event of cancellation, SCHCHA will retain, or charge, $100 of the initial registration fee, per registrant, to cover administrative overhead. Once written cancellation is received, a SCHCHA staff member will review for approval. If your cancellation is approved, we will email back a signed and dated copy of the cancellation that your agency should retain on file in case of questions. While it is not permissible for several individuals to share a registration, SCHCHA will be happy to accept substitutions if notified of the change in writing.

In addition to having access to 2 days of world class education, you’ll also have networking opportunities with peers, the ability to engage with speakers and sponsors, and so much more. We look forward to unveiling our virtual conference platform in December!

Access: Registrants will be provided with instructions on how to access and use the platform in advance of the conference. Access is granted to approved email addresses. Registrations may not be shared between agencies – the agency’s registration covers the access of only one email address (except when the agency rate has been selected). All materials, including handouts, will be made available in the conference app. Registrants will have access to on-demand content for one year following the conference.
