Home Health Value Based Purchasing National Rollout 2023
Value Based Purchasing full implementation is set to begin January 2023. There is much to learn about the details of the outcome calculations. This workshop will take you through the detail calculations of the VBP Model. It will look at how the agencies did in the demonstration that took place in 9 states. It will also detail what we know to be the calculations of the TPS and the Linear Exchange Function for the nationwide rollout. This workshop will take you through the details of the specific OASIS items that will be used in the VBP outcomes calculations and how each question should be responded to.

The Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the North Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Approval for providing Continuing Competence for Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants is currently pending.

Registration: Registration begins at 8:30am, the workshop will begin promptly at 9:00am and conclude by 3:30pm. Please register each attendee on a separate form - you may duplicate this form as many times as you need. Cancellation and Substitution Policy: Fees will be refunded, or invoices will be adjusted, only if written notice of cancellation is received by SCHCHA one week prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, SCHCHA will retain, or charge, 50% of the initial registration fee, per registrant, to cover administrative overhead. Once written cancellation is received, an SCHCHA staff member will review for approval. If your cancellation is approved, we will email back a signed and dated copy of the cancellation that your agency should retain on file in case of questions.
