Connect-Groups are opportunities to share, learn and support each other.

Facilitator: Shannon Pointer, MSN, RN, CHPN, AHHC of NC

Bereavement/Chaplaincy
Designed for those who provide, manage and/or supervise bereavement and/or chaplaincy services. Meets twice a year

Inpatient Unit
Designed for those who work within, manage, and/or supervise hospice inpatient unit settings. Meets twice a year.

Long-Term Care
Designed for those who provide, manage, and/or supervise hospice and palliative services within a long-term care setting.

Medical Director/Hospice Provider
Designed for Medical Directors and/or Hospice Providers within a hospice and/or palliative setting.

Palliative Care
Designed for anyone who works within, is a health care provider of, or is supervising a palliative program.

Social Work
Designed for those providing, managing and/or supervising social work services in a hospice and/or palliative setting. Meets twice a year.

Volunteer
Designed for those involved in or supervising volunteer services within their hospice organization. Meets three times a year.
