The Aide's Role in Maintaining Client Dignity
It is the responsibility of every health care staff member to maintain the dignity of their patients with every contact they have with them. The Nurse Aide works with most patients in an intimate way with the duties assigned to them. This presentation will list strategies to ensure the patient’s dignity is protected.
